Nawazuddin said on Sushant's death - success is never a guarantee of happiness

The sudden death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput has left the entire country shaken. Bollywood celebs are mourning this irreparable loss. Speaking to a leading publication, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui talked about this and emphasized that it is important to have a fighting spirit inside yourself.

He said, "I always had the spirit to fight with myself and always will. I do not consider myself more than a worker. I did not come with the dream of becoming a big superstar in the industry. Dreaming big dreams like this is useless because as soon as you get frustrated, it pushes you towards depression. For almost 10 years, I only wanted to survive in this industry. Although I had to face depression many times. But I used to be happy to do a single scene in a film. It is important to keep going throughout your journey. Success does not guarantee happiness. If this were to happen today, the most successful people would be happier. ''

Talking further, Nawazuddin said, "I had no money for about one and a half years. I used to eat at my friend's house and roam the city for hours. Due to not getting enough food, my body shrank and hair also fell. I used to leave my house around 7 am and spent hours staring at traffic and buildings thinking that I would die soon and would not be able to see all this again. I used to think that I am different, but now I thank God that he saved me.
